Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef1 tablespoon butter1 large onion, chopped1 cup chopped green pepper1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce6-1/4 cups uncooked wide egg noodles, cooked and drained2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseSliced green onions, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and pepper; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups.
Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 15-20 minutes. If desired, garnish with green onions.
