Ingredients

3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice1 pound ground beef1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted1/2 cup whole milk1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 cup dry bread crumbs2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the rice, broccoli, soup, milk, seasoning blend, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.

Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over beef mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
