Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 cup chopped celery2/3 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1 cup water1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 cup uncooked instant rice
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
Add the corn, soup, water and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
