Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Honey Maid® Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/4 c. sugar

6 tbsp. butter or margarine

1 package Philadelphia® Cream Cheese

2 tbsp. cold milk

1 tub Cool Whip® Whipped Topping

4 c. strawberries

3 1/2 c. cold milk

2 package Jell-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

Additional sliced fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter in 13- x 9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.Step 2Beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread onto crust; top with strawberries. Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over strawberries.Step 3Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Spread with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.Step 4For an extra special touch, garnish with additional sliced fresh strawberries just before serving.Variation: Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia® Neufchâtel Cheese; fat-free milk, and Cool Whip® Lite Whipped Topping.Each serving of regular recipe provides: 8%DV vitamin A, 35%DV vitamin C, 8%DV calcium, and 2%DV iron.
