Ingredients
1 c. fresh raspberries
3/4 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. fresh blackberries
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground flaxseeds
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. old-fashioned rolled oats or chopped nuts, such as almonds or pecans
1 tbsp. granulated sugar

2 tbsp. butter, softened
Olive oil cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1In a medium bowl, toss raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sugar, flaxseeds, vanilla, and salt until coated.Step 2Divide berry mixture between 2 (6") aluminum pie plates.
Step 1In a medium bowl, whisk flour, oats, sugar, and salt. Add butter and, using your hands, squeeze mixture together until clumps form.Step 2Sprinkle topping over filling; generously spray with cooking spray. Place 1 pan in an air-fryer basket. Cook at 370° until filling is bubbly and top is golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Repeat with remaining crisp.
This recipe is flexible for whatever fruit you want to use. Use 1 3/4 cups of any fruit—peaches are ideal in late summer, while apples or pears would be ideal in fall. To use frozen fruit, defrost before using and then proceed with the recipe.
