Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. bread crumbs

1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan

1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. dried oregano

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

3 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into 16 cubes

Marinara, for serving

Preparation

Step 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Step 2Scoop about 2 tablespoons of meat and flatten into a patty in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and pinch meat up around cheese and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining meat to make 16 total meatballs. Step 3Working in batches as needed, place meatballs in basket of air fryer and cook at 370° for 12 minutes. Step 4Serve with warmed marinara.
