Ingredients
1 split skin-on, bone-in turkey breast (about 1 3/4 lb.)
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
1 c. full-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
2 tsp. ground turmeric
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (from a 1" piece)
1 tsp. ground cumin
Olive oil cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1Pat turkey dry with paper towels; season all over with 1 teaspoon salt.Step 2In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, paprika, turmeric, ginger, cumin, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread yogurt mixture all over turkey. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.Step 3Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Place turkey in basket. Cook at 350°, flipping every 10 minutes, until turkey is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast registers 165°, 35 to 40 minutes. Let turkey rest about 10 minutes before slicing.
