Ingredients
1/2 green apple, sliced
1/2 red apple, sliced
1/2 lemon, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
2 c. vodka
Preparation
Step 1In a large mason jar, add apple slices, lemon slices, and cinnamon sticks. Pour in vodka, close the jar, and shake a bit. Refrigerate until infused, at least 24 hours and up to three days. Step 2Make a shot: Dip a shot glass in water, dip rim in cinnamon sugar, and fill with apple pie vodka. Top with whipped cream and more cinnamon sugar. Step 3Make a mimosa: To a champagne glass, add 1 part apple pie vodka, 2 parts champagne, and a splash apple cider. Step 4Make a Moscow mule: To a copper mug, add ice, 2 parts apple pie vodka, 3 parts ginger beer, and a lemon wedge.
