Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, biscuits halved
12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. green onions
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dehydrated onion
2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. sesame seeds
Egg wash
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an ovenproof 10” skillet with cooking spray. Make dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, green onions, and most of the bacon. Step 2Make everything seasoning. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, dehydrated onion, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds. Step 3Cut each biscuit in half and roll halves into balls. Place around the perimeter of skillet to form a ring. (The biscuit pieces should be touching!) Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Spoon bacon-cheddar dip into the center of the biscuit dough. Top dip with more bacon. Step 4Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
