18 mini dill pickles

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. shredded cheddar

1 clove garlic, chopped

6 slices bacon, quartered

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 400º. Halve pickles, scoop out centers and discard.Step 2In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic until combined.Step 3Spoon mixture into pickles and wrap each with a cut slice of bacon. Step 4Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until mixture is warm and bacon is crispy, about 18 minutes.Step 5Serve immediately.
