1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 1/2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper Granulated garlic
9 thinly sliced pieces of bacon, quartered crosswise

Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Step 2In a small bowl, combine the parmesan, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic, and black pepper. Step 3Tightly wrap each pretzel with a piece of the bacon arrange evenly spaced, seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle tops generously with Parmesan mixture.Step 4Bake until bacon is cooked through and bites are crispy, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.Step 5Serve with ranch for dipping and sprinkle with dill.
