Ingredients

3/4 c. strong brewed coffee

1/4 c. Bailey’s Irish Cream

1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. whole milk

1/4 c. unsweetened dark cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1Make the first layer: In a medium bowl, whisk the coffee, Baileys, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Divide between 10 popsicle molds, add sticks. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Step 2Meanwhile, make the second layer: In a medium bowl, whisk the condensed milk, whole milk, and cocoa powder  until cocoa powder is dissolved and mixture is well combined. Divide between the molds (with the now frozen cream layer). Step 3Return to freezer for at least 4 hours, or until frozen. Before serving, run the molds under warm water to loosen the pop.
