6 ears of corn, with husks on

Butter, for serving 

Freshly ground black pepper, for serving

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Place corn directly on oven racks and bake for 30 minutes, or until corn is bright yellow and tender. Let cool 5 minutes, then remove husks. Step 2Serve warm with butter and black pepper.

Do I need to bake the corn on a baking sheet? Nope! If the husks are still on your corn you can place them directly on your oven racks. It’s seriously all you have to do. It’s the best way to cook a ton of corn at once. Do one big batch in your oven and your cookout will be fully stocked!  What if my corn has already been husked? No problem! Wrap your corn up in foil first, then proceed as normal. Your corn might need an extra 5 minutes or so.  How should I top my corn on the cob?
