1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. finely ground graham crackers, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 c. whole milk
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Domino® Golden Sugar
1/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. Domino Confectioners Sugar
1/4 c. dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 graham cracker sheets, crumbled
2 c. mini marshmallows

Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and grease two nonstick donut pans with cooking spray. Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk to combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.Step 3In a large bowl, whisk to combine eggs, milk, sour cream, Domino Golden Sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just combined.Step 4Spoon batter into a piping bag or resealable plastic bag. Cut off the tip and pipe batter into donut pans, filling each well about halfway.Step 5Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the tops appear dry and the undersides are golden. Let cool 5 minutes before turning out. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 1In a medium bowl, whisk the confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of the milk, and vanilla. Add extra milk by the teaspoon, if necessary to thin glaze. Step 2Dip tops of donuts, one at a time, in glaze. Sprinkle with crumbled graham crackers and top with marshmallows.
