Ingredients

2 1/2 c. ricotta

1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

1/2 c. grated Parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 c. torn fresh basil, plus more for garnish

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 c. cherry tomatoes

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, basil, and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Fold in almost all cherry tomatoes and olive oil.Step 2Transfer dip to a small cast-iron skillet or baking dish and top with a few more cherry tomatoes and remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.Step 3Bake until deeply golden and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.Step 4Garnish with basil and serve with baguette.
