Flour, for work surface

1 tube crescent rolls

3/4 lb. lean ground beef

1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning

1/4 c. sour cream

3 scallions, thinly sliced

1/2 c. shredded pepper jack

1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

Melted butter, for brushing

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º

and grease an 8-x-8” pan with cooking spray.

On a floured work surface, roll out crescent dough sheet and separate into rectangles. Pinch together seams to seal.Step 2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Stir in taco seasoning until combined, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up fat.Step 3Spread a thin layer of sour cream all over Crescent rectangles, then top with cooked beef, scallions, pepper jack, and cheddar.Step 4Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle and pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 5 or 6 slices. Place cut side up in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and bake until puffed and golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
