Ingredients
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 lb. ground beef
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
1 (16.3-oz.) can refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 white onion, diced
1/2 c. pickle chips
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and grease an oven safe skillet with cooking spray. Step 2Make special sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Step 3 Make filling: In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease then transfer meat to a large mixing bowl. Step 4 Add cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar, and all but ¼ cup of special sauce to ground beef and stir to combine.Step 5Make buns: Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Place in prepared skillet in a ring. Brush each biscuit with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Step 6Spoon dip inside of ring and top with remaining ½ cup of cheddar. Step 7 Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese is melty, about 30 minutes. Step 8 Garnish dip with shredded lettuce, white onion, and pickles. Drizzle remaining ¼ cup of special sauce on top.
