Ingredients
1 (14-oz.) package Golden Oreos
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. bourbon
2 c. white chocolate
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Gold, purple, and green sanding sugar
Preparation
Step 1In a food processor, add Oreos and crush to fine crumbs, then pour into a large bowl. Add cream cheese and bourbon and stir until well combined. Step 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into small balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes. Step 3In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil and melt in 30-second intervals. Use a fork to dip frozen balls into melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet. Step 4Sprinkle tops with sanding sugar and refrigerate until hardened, 20 minutes.
