Ingredients
6 Slices brie cheese ¼ to ½ in. thick
6 Slices soft bread
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1 c. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 c. water
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. cranberry sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Grainy mustard
1 tbsp. SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
Preparation
Step 1Slice brie into strips and place them in small sandwich bags or between sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with the rolling pin. Use the rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread. Step 2Place a brie slice on top of each piece of bread. Sprinkle thyme leaves onto cheese. Individually roll up each slice of bread with cheese and press tightly, seam side down to seal the roll up.
Step 3Spray a nonstick pan and heat on medium temperature. Cook roll ups in pan until golden brown on all sides. Step 4To make the cranberry sauce, bring SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, water, and cranberries to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Push mixture through a wire mesh strainer over a bowl and refrigerate until cool. Once cool, mix ½ a cup of cranberry sauce with mustard and SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend. Serve as a dip for the brie grilled cheese dippers.
