Ingredients

4 slices bacon

1 head broccoli, cut into small florets (about 3 cups)

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1/3 c. sour cream

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

3 c. shredded Cheddar

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers

1/4 c. butter, melted

RITZ Crackers, for serving

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°.Step 2In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon strips and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, but reserve about 2 tablespoons of fat in the skillet. Step 3Add broccoli and cook until crisp tender, about 4 minutes. Chop bacon and broccoli into very small pieces. Step 4In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream ,and garlic powder and mix until smooth. Fold in cheddar cheese, cooked broccoli and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small baking dish. Step 5In a small bowl, combine crumbled Ritz with melted butter and toss until combined. Scatter mixture on top of dip. Bake until the cheese is melted and the cracker topping is golden and crispy, about 15 minutes. Step 6Serve warm with Ritz crackers for dipping.
