Ingredients

1 Eggs, beaten

1/4 c. buffalo sauce

1 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 c. shredded chicken (from Rotisserie)

1 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 c. Cheddar, grated

48 TRISCUIT Crackers

1 c. buffalo sauce

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 tsp. Ranch seasoning

4 c. shredded chicken (from Rotisserie)

1 c. Cheddar, grated

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a shallow baking dish, whisk together eggs, water, and garlic powder. Add TRISCUIT Crackers in batches and let soak until slightly softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Step 2Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and shape crackers into cups. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Step 3In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, chicken, and green onions.Step 4Spoon chicken mixture into baked cups. Sprinkle with cheese and then bake until cheese is melted, 5 minutes more. Serve with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
