Ingredients
3 lb. chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/3 c. hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted
Ranch, for serving
Carrot sticks, for serving

Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat drumsticks dry.Step 2 In a large bowl, toss together drumsticks with vegetable oil, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Place chicken onto wire rack and bake until crispy and cooked through, 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and preheat broiler. Step 3Meanwhile, mix together hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce until coated, then transfer back onto baking sheet. Broil until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes more. Step 4Serve with ranch, carrots, and celery.
