Ingredients
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar
4 oz. Brie, rind removed, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
16 ROLD GOLD® Recipe No.™ 4 Zesty Buffalo Flavored Pretzel Twists, plus ½ cup crushed pretzels
3 c. popped buttered popcorn, chopped
1/4 c. freshly chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Brie, hot sauce, Worcestershire, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Step 2In a shallow bowl, stir together the popcorn, crushed pretzels, and chives. Using a cookie scoop, form mixture into 16 small balls. Roll balls in popcorn mixture, gently pressing mixture into cheeseballs to adhere, and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheeseball. Refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.Step 3Let cheeseballs come to room temperature 15 minutes before serving. (If not serving right away, loosely cover with plastic wrap and return to fridge.
