1 premade or homemade pie crust
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Place pie crust in a 9" baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until fully combined. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until all are fully incorporated. Pour into pie crust.Step 2 Place in oven and bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake until slightly golden and barely jiggly, 40 minutes more.
