Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened

1/3 c. sour cream

2 jalapeños, minced

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar

1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack

3 sweet corn, kernels removed (about 2 cups)

6 hot dogs, sliced into coins

4 green onion, thinly sliced

Pinch red pepper flakes

Chips, for serving

Preparation

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños. Fold in cheeses, corn, hot dogs, and most green onions (save some for garnish!). Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a cast iron skillet. Cover skillet with foil.Step 2Cook over campfire until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Garnish with remaining green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve warm with chips.
